Overview ONYX Rewards needed its loyalty program to feel effortless across bookings, discounts, upgrades, and a growing set of airline and car rental partnerships. Albos Technologies Pvt Ltd built the member-facing app and its points infrastructure. The challenge Points earned through direct bookings, partner channels, and on-property spend had lived in separate systems, making balances unreliable and partner perk eligibility hard to verify in real time. Our approach We built a unified points ledger that reconciles every earning source in real time, an eligibility engine that checks partner perk rules live, and a personalization layer that targets offers using actual stay history instead of static membership tiers. Results ONYX Rewards members now see accurate points balances instantly, partner-perk redemption roughly tripled after eligibility checks became reliable, and member satisfaction scores rose alongside the smoother, more personalized experience.
