FnKnowBot set out to make F&O trading education approachable through a conversational, multilingual chatbot rather than dense static articles. Albos Technologies Pvt Ltd built the platform's chatbot experience and content pipeline.
The challenge
Financial education content is easy to get either too shallow or too jargon-heavy, and doing it across multiple languages while staying strictly educational, not advisory, added real complexity.
Our approach
We grounded the chatbot in a curated knowledge pack covering F&O fundamentals through advanced trading concepts, layered a multilingual detection and translation pipeline in front of the core model, and added adaptive difficulty so explanations scale with a learner's demonstrated knowledge.
Results
During its testing phase, FnKnowBot resolved the large majority of learner queries without human escalation, supported a dozen-plus languages, and kept users engaged for meaningfully longer sessions than the team's earlier static content library.
