ePayMe

A digital payment platform for fast, secure, and cost-effective on-ramp transactions.

ePayMe preview

The Challenge

  • Users needed a straightforward way to convert fiat to crypto without leaving the site
  • Exchange rates had to stay accurate to the second while the order was being placed
  • Wallet address validation needed to prevent costly, irreversible user mistakes
  • Partner integrations required flexible webhook-based settlement notifications

Our Solution

Streamlined on-ramp flow

A single-page buy/sell flow quotes live rates, locks pricing for the transaction window, and confirms wallet addresses before funds move.

Rate engine

A dedicated pricing service aggregates multiple liquidity sources and republishes rates to the client on a short refresh cycle.

Partner webhooks

We built a webhook dispatch system so partner platforms receive real-time settlement and status updates without polling.

Technologies

React, Node.js, Blockchain APIs, PostgreSQL, Webhook Infrastructure, AWS

Overview

Overview

ePayMe's goal was to be the world's most economical on-ramp gateway, letting users buy and sell crypto with minimal friction. Albos Technologies Pvt Ltd designed and built the transaction flow and its supporting infrastructure.

The challenge

On-ramp transactions are unforgiving of mistakes: a mistyped wallet address or a stale exchange rate can mean a user permanently loses funds. The team also needed a way for partner platforms to receive settlement updates without constant polling.

Our approach

We built a single-page buy/sell experience with address validation, rate locking during the transaction window, and clear confirmation steps before funds move. A rate engine aggregates pricing from multiple liquidity sources, and a webhook dispatch system pushes real-time settlement events to partner integrations.

Results

ePayMe now completes most transactions in well under a minute, with a high successful settlement rate, zero wallet-address related fund losses since launch, and a meaningful drop in support tickets tied to failed transfers.
